When your students are completing online practice quizzes, you can have them take a screenshot of their work so that you can give them a check-off grade.

Have them complete an online quiz, and ask then to press “PrtSc” (located to the right of the “On/Off” button).  Ask them to open a Word document and hit “Ctrl”+”v” to paste their results into the Word document.  Students can then save the Word document their notebook (folder on flash drive for your class), drop it at Drop.io at a site you create, or send it to you via email.

When you use the Print Screen function, the computer takes a picture of what shows up in the window.  If you are having students complete online grammar exercises or EOC practice exercises and you want to hold them accountable, asking them to save their results is very effective.
